I’m Octav Cado, a Phuket-based photographer, videographer and founder of Cado Studio. I work with international couples, families, individuals and brands, creating photography and video that feels personal, natural and carefully planned.
I have worked in photography and video production since 2015 and have lived and worked in Phuket for more than ten years. My main focus is weddings and personal sessions, while Cado Studio also provides professional videography and full video production for private and commercial projects across Phuket and other regions of Thailand.

Weddings and Personal Photography
My main focus is wedding and personal photography in Phuket.
I work with international couples, families and individuals who want carefully created photographs without unnecessary pressure during the shoot. Depending on your plans, I can help with the shooting format, timing, location recommendations and preparation.

Some sessions are photographed personally by me. For larger weddings, simultaneous coverage or projects requiring a specific specialist, I may work together with my team or assign the most suitable photographer or videographer.
You will always know in advance who will be working on your project.
Cado Studio
Cado Studio combines a permanent creative team with trusted specialists selected for individual projects.
Depending on the scale and requirements, a production team may include up to seven people:
- Photographers
- Videographers
- Drone operator
- Lighting assistant or gaffer
- Production assistant
- Hair and makeup artist
- Other specialists required for the project
Not every shoot needs a large team. The number of specialists, equipment and production format are determined by the actual needs of the project.
Once the main requirements are clear, I will either work on the project personally, join the selected team or connect you with a specific specialist. The photographer, videographer, workflow, post-production process and final deliverables are agreed before booking.

Personal Planning
Every project is different. Before the shoot, we discuss your goals, preferred style, location, schedule and expected final result.
I use this information to recommend a suitable format without adding services, equipment or team members that the project does not require.
A Comfortable Shooting Experience
You do not need professional modelling experience or extensive preparation.
During personal sessions, I help with positioning, movement and interaction while keeping the process natural. At weddings, the approach combines guidance when needed with unobtrusive coverage of genuine moments.
Clear preparation allows you to relax and focus on the experience instead of the production.
A Reliable, Consistent Result
The expected result, delivery format and timeframe are agreed before the shoot.
The exact workflow may vary depending on the project, but the objective remains the same: consistent quality, clear communication and delivery within the agreed schedule.
Videography and Video Production
Cado Studio also provides photography and video as one coordinated service.
For weddings and personal projects, this may include cinematic video, short highlights, vertical Reels, drone footage or a longer film. Working with one team helps coordinate timing, lighting and camera positions while maintaining a consistent visual style.
For brands, hotels, restaurants, events and property projects, we provide structured video production in Phuket, including planning, filming and post-production.
