Every couple is different, so I plan each session around your ideas, preferred style and the area where you are staying.

I have worked as a Phuket photographer since 2015 and have lived and worked on the island for more than ten years. This local experience helps me recommend suitable locations and plan your session around the light, weather, crowds and practical photography restrictions.

Some couples prefer an easy walk along the beach, while others want photographs at their hotel, villa, restaurant or another private location. We will discuss the atmosphere you would like to create and choose a format that feels right for you.

During the photoshoot, I combine natural interaction with simple direction. You will still recognise yourselves in the photographs without feeling that every moment was staged for the camera.

Every Phuket couple photography package includes:

Natural Direction Without Forced Posing

You do not need to know how to pose. Most people feel slightly uncertain at the beginning of a photoshoot, especially if they have never worked with a professional photographer before.

I will guide you through simple movements and positions while leaving enough space for real interaction. You may walk, talk, laugh, look at each other or simply enjoy the surroundings while I work with the light and composition.

We will also create a selection of more carefully arranged portraits, individual photographs and closer details. The final gallery will include both polished portraits and candid moments that reflect your relationship naturally.

The experience should feel closer to time spent together than a formal production.

Best Locations for Couple Photography in Phuket

Phuket offers beaches, viewpoints, tropical gardens, colourful streets, hotels, villas, restaurants, yachts and elegant indoor spaces. The best choice depends on your style, hotel location, available time and the type of photographs you would like to receive.

I can recommend suitable options, but I do not provide or reserve locations. Photography at some hotels, villas, restaurants, beach clubs and private properties may be available only to registered guests or customers. Prior permission or an additional location fee may also be required.

If the weather is uncertain or you prefer elegant interiors, an indoor photoshoot in Phuket can be a comfortable alternative to an outdoor session.

Sunrise or Sunset?

For beach photography, the most flattering light usually appears shortly after sunrise or during the final hour before sunset.

Sunrise is a good choice if you prefer:

• Quieter beaches
• Cooler temperatures
• Soft, clean light
• A more private atmosphere
• A calm start to the day

Sunset works well if you prefer:

• Warm evening light
• Golden colours
• A more relaxed schedule
• The possibility of staying for the afterglow
• Photographs transitioning from daylight into evening

Sunset beaches can be busier, especially during the high season. The exact starting time will depend on the location, season and weather conditions.

Sessions at hotels, villas, restaurants and indoor locations can often be planned at different times of the day.

What to Wear for Your Couple Photoshoot

Choose clothes that feel comfortable and suit both the location and the weather. Coordinated colours normally work better than identical outfits.

Light fabrics, linen, cotton and flowing dresses are comfortable in Phuket’s climate and photograph well in natural movement. Neutral, pastel and earthy colours usually work well on beaches and around tropical landscapes.

Couple Photography Packages

Current photography packages start from THB 7,000.

A one-hour session works well when you have one specific location in mind and want a short, focused photoshoot. Two hours provide more time to settle into the experience and create a wider variety of photographs. Three hours offer additional creative flexibility and can include several nearby settings.

How the Photoshoot Works

1. Send Your Information

Send me your preferred date, hotel or area, number of participants and a short description of your ideas. If you already have a location or photography style in mind, you can include reference photographs.

2. Choose the Format

I will confirm availability and recommend a suitable package, location and starting time. We can also discuss outfits, transportation, additional video, drone photography or other services.

3. Confirm the Booking

A deposit of THB 2,000 or approximately USD 60 is required to reserve your date. Payment can be made through Wise, PayPal or SWIFT bank transfer. The remaining balance is due on the day of the photoshoot.

4. Enjoy the Session

During the photoshoot, I will guide you through posing and movement while also photographing natural moments between you. There is no need to prepare poses or have previous modelling experience.

5. Receive Your Photographs

Your edited photographs will normally be delivered within 10–15 days through a private online gallery. The gallery includes high-resolution files for printing and web-size versions for sharing online.

Express delivery within 3–4 days is available for an additional 30% of the selected package price.

Proposal, Pre-Wedding and Video Options

A regular couple session is suitable for honeymoons, anniversaries and romantic holidays.

Photography can also be combined with a short cinematic film or Reel. A professional Phuket videographer from my team can work alongside me when both photographs and video are required.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do you help with posing?

Yes. I provide clear and simple direction throughout the session. We will combine guided portraits with walking, conversation and natural interaction, so the photographs do not feel stiff or overly staged.

Can you help us choose a location?

Yes. Send me the name of your hotel or the area where you are staying, together with examples of the atmosphere you prefer. I will recommend suitable options based on the available time, lighting and travel distance.

Location reservations, photography permissions and third-party fees are arranged separately.

How long should we book?

A one-hour session is suitable for one specific location and a focused set of photographs. Two hours provide more variety and a more relaxed pace. Three hours are suitable when you want an extended session or several nearby settings.

Travel time between locations is not included in the photography time.

When will we receive our photographs?

Edited photographs are normally delivered within 10–15 days. Express delivery within 3–4 days is available for an additional 30%.

Your private online gallery will remain available for five years.

What happens if it rains?

We will make a decision based on the strength of the rain, the location, the scheduled time and our availability. Depending on the situation, we may wait, move under cover, change the location or reschedule the session.

Short tropical rain does not always mean the photoshoot must be cancelled.

Can we take photographs at our hotel or villa?

Possibly, but the rules depend on the property. Some hotels and villas allow photography only for registered guests, while others require prior approval or charge an additional photography fee.

Please confirm the property’s photography policy before the session. I can recommend locations, but I cannot guarantee access or permission on behalf of a venue.

Do you offer drone photography, Reels or video?

Yes. Drone photography, Reels and professional video are available as additional services.

Drone coverage depends on the weather, location, venue rules and local permissions. Please mention any video or drone requirements before booking.

Can we receive RAW photographs?

If you prefer to select the photographs for editing yourself, let me know before the session so we can agree on the selection and file-delivery process in advance.

If I select the final photographs, RAW files are not included in the standard package but may be requested separately.

Will our photographs be published?

The listed package prices apply when selected photographs may be used on my website, in my portfolio or on social media for self-promotion.

Fully private coverage is available for an additional fee and must be agreed before booking.

What happens if we need to cancel?

If you contact me at least three days before the session, we can try to move the booking to another available date. The booking deposit is non-refundable because it reserves the agreed date and time.
