Property Video

Video is available for villas, hotels, developments, restaurants, commercial interiors and other properties.

A vertical Reel normally runs between 15 and 60 seconds. A complete property film usually runs between one and three minutes.

Drone Coverage

Drone coverage must be discussed before the shoot and cannot be guaranteed until the location and planned filming conditions have been reviewed.

How Much Time Does Property Photography Require?

The minimum booking is two hours.

A condominium or apartment can normally be photographed within approximately two hours when the property is fully prepared before arrival.

Villa photography may require between two hours and a full day. The exact duration depends on the property size, number of rooms, exterior areas, requested details, changing light and whether video or drone coverage is also required.

Hotels, resorts and real estate developments are quoted individually according to the technical brief, number of spaces and required content.

Photographing several properties in one day may be possible when their size, preparation and locations allow an efficient schedule. This should be discussed before confirming the project.

Preparing the Property for Photography

The property should be completely prepared before the scheduled starting time. Good preparation allows the available photography time to be used efficiently and keeps the final images consistent.

Before the shoot, please arrange:

• Complete cleaning of all required spaces
• Removal of personal belongings and unnecessary objects
• Preparation of beds, pillows and towels
• Cleaning of windows, glass surfaces and mirrors
• Preparation of the pool and outdoor areas
• Arrangement of outdoor furniture

Every selected photograph receives professional post-production.

Professional Equipment and a Flexible Team

I work with professional Sony cameras, G Master wide-angle lenses, stabilizers, lighting equipment and a DJI drone.

Professional lighting is used when it improves the result, particularly for interiors, rooms with difficult natural light and evening photography. Not every property requires the same equipment, so the setup is planned according to the space and intended result.

Most photography projects are completed by me independently. When both photography and video are required, I normally work together with a videographer. Larger productions can include a team of up to three people.

Coordinating photography, video and drone content through one team helps maintain a consistent visual style and simplifies planning, communication and delivery.

Delivery Formats and Usage Rights

Final photographs are delivered in high resolution and can also be prepared in web-optimized versions when required.

RAW photographs or original video files are available for THB 3,000 when requested and agreed before delivery.

2. Scope and Quotation

I will review the information, recommend an appropriate shooting duration and prepare an individual quotation.

The quotation will confirm the team, photography time, deliverables, optional services, post-production and estimated delivery schedule.

3. Preparation and Shot List

Before the shoot, we confirm which rooms, common areas, exteriors and details must be included.

For hotels, resorts, larger villas and developments, a clear shot list helps organise the schedule and ensures that important spaces are not missed.

4. Photography and Filming

During the shoot, I follow the agreed plan while adapting to the available light and property conditions.

If daylight, twilight and drone coverage are required, the schedule will be arranged around the appropriate time for each part of the property.

5. Post-Production and Delivery

After the shoot, I select and process the final photographs or begin video editing according to the agreed scope.

Photographs are normally delivered within 10–15 days. Video delivery normally takes 10–20 days. One round of reasonable video revisions is included.

How do I reserve a date?

Send the property information, preferred date and required content. Once the scope and quotation have been approved, a THB 2,000 deposit reserves the date.

A date change is available when requested at least three days before the shoot. For later changes, the booking deposit is forfeited.
